In late 2014, Kittle Farms purchased Karasue 299U from Little Windy Hill Farms. Karasue had been a standout in Doug Hughes’ operation in Max Meadows, Virginia since raising her first calf. Karasue, who is homozygous black and homozygous polled, is an incredible combination of exceptional EPDs, performance, and eye appeal.
 
Karasue’s weaning weight ratio over her first three (3) calves was 103. Her 2013 bull calf weaned a phenomenal 792 pounds. With respect to EPDs, Karasue is in the top 20 percent for Birth Weight, Weaning Weight, Yearling Weight, Milk, Yield Grade, and Carcass Weight, with an overall Feeder Profit Index in the top 5 percent of the Gelbvieh breed.
 
Karasue is sired by Post Rock Granite 200P2 and is out of a female, Miss 211 R368, who was purchased from Knoll Crest Farms in Red House Virginia. Karasue was purchased by Kittle Farms with a heifer out of JKGF Future Investment X037 by her side.
